REFUND POLICY
In-Store Policy:
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and must be in original packaging. Full refund or exchange will be given for items returned within 15 days, minus 3% restocking fee and original shipping amount paid. 15% restocking fee charged if returned after 15 days. No returns accepted on electronics of any kind or on augers with manufacturers warranty.
No refunds given after 30 days. After 30 days, exchange only with original receipt.
Refund Policy on website purchases:
email clancy@clancysoutdoors.com for an RMA number within 15 days of original purchase date. Any return requests made from 15-30 days after purchase will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be in original packaging and returned within 7 days after receipt of the RMA number. No returns will be processed after 30 days after the original date of purchase.
