The rebate is applied to the purchase(s) made from US retailers by US Residents ONLY. Online rebate submission must be completed by 11:59 pm EST on March 1st, 2023. Fill out the online submission form completely, and submit it along with:
1) An upload of a valid invoice, receipt, or order confirmation with the qualifying purchase circled. The purchase date and products purchased must be readable. Handwritten invoices or receipts will not be accepted.
2) The original serial number from the back of the unit. A picture of the serial number is required for verification. Each individual serial number is valid for 1 rebate.
3) Rebate submissions must be received on or before the deadline stated on this form. You must submit your rebate documents at www.MarCumTech.com/rebate to file your claim.
